One Avenue Group is a luxury serviced office provider with numerous locations across Central London. But what makes us different from other office providers? In 2013, our CEO founded One Avenue after a long-standing career in both the Serviced Offices and Hotel industry. They noticed the lack of service within serviced offices and the art of hospitality provided by hotels. Therefore, they decided to combine the two, creating an office experience like no other. After creating the idea of One Avenue back in 2013, we devised our mission statements, providing the core foundation of One Avenue going into the future.
