A COMPLETE ONLINE TICKETING PLATFORM
Kaizen Ticketing was founded in 2014 when they saw an opportunity to disrupt the traditional paper ticket model used by clubs across the football pyramid for decades.
Their innovative white-label ticketing software has enabled football clubs to make ticket sales easier, more cost-effective, and more predictable, allowing operational and financial gains to clubs needing it most. As a result, the company partner clubs can now more accurately forecast attendances and plan operations accordingly (stewarding, programmes, catering) to ensure maximum cost-efficiency, while saving time, aiding productivity, and offering a more user-friendly ticketing service to fans. Advance ticket sales also minimise the negative impact of bad weather on match-day sales.
INNOVATIVE THINKING TO BENEFIT ALL
To lower admin hours/costs for away matches, Kaizen Ticketing helped clubs offer digital allocations to visiting teams. They made their software more affordable to non-league clubs that have little budget and available time.
In addition to letting a club sell match tickets and season tickets, the software’s flexibility also lets a club sell hospitality, car parking, sponsorship, merchandise, and mascot packages - all in one transaction for ultimate ease.
AN ULTRA-FAST, USER-FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE
Kaizen Ticketing aims to offer the quickest, easiest user journey, with the fastest customer ticket purchase in just 7 seconds. Fans benefit from a range of alternative payment methods after Kaizen Ticketing introduced the ability to pay in instalments via Direct Debit or Klarna - the only sports ticketing company to offer the latter.
WIDER FOOTBALL COMMUNITY BENEFITS
Kaizen Ticketing recognised the opportunity to help clubs raise funds for projects like community schemes, Academy operations, and stadium improvements by adding a donation option when purchasing tickets digitally. The company's partnership with The Offside Trust got their logo on the back of 40k season ticket cards from 38 Kaizen Ticketing clubs, building greater awareness of their charity activities and generating a few thousand in media value.
Kaizen Ticketing's overall impact on the industry has generated widespread media coverage as it evolves its pioneering software and moves up the football pyramid to work with a Premier League club by 2027.
