As the only wardrobe stylist and empowerment coach with an engineering background, Ellen Damaso founded Inner Bling Styling in 2012 as a groundbreaking coaching practice that uniquely combines outer styling with personal empowerment.

As a survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault, Ellen Damaso understands the challenges of presenting a facade to the outside world. Through years of self-discovery and healing, Damaso became determined to share these experiences with as many women as possible.
With a passion for problem-solving and process-driven approaches, Ellen Damaso applied a technical mindset to the fields of styling and empowerment. This approach quickly gained traction, reaching over 100 people through workshops.

Ellen Damaso works with clients who have experienced traumatic events or are undergoing physical or emotional transformations. They also assist individuals in building their personal brands through style and empowerment.

The curated program, ‘From Thrift to Fabulous,’ has become a successful workshop, helping clients curate a bold wardrobe on a budget, saving an average of 70% compared to traditional shopping. This program enables clients to reinvent themselves with minimal expense, experiencing benefits both inside and out. Damaso's work with young students has set an empowering and inspiring example. Damaso is an Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine with a monthly readership of 2.1 million people. Her three published articles have resulted in 25 new client leads per month.

Additionally, Damaso collaborated with a local school district to curate a bespoke summer internship program, providing essential toolkits to 40 students, which included clothing recommendations, business protocol, communication, and etiquette.

Looking ahead, Ellen Damaso has ambitious plans, including a luxury Elevate Retreat in Costa Rica in 2025, featuring a Luxury Styling Masterclass, yoga and breathwork sessions, manifestation and mindset workshops, and a personalized training and fitness program.
