In my role at Presbyterian Health Services, I've played a key role in driving several significant projects to fruition. Notable among these are Health Service Delivery (HSD) Reporting (Medicaid and Medicare), IRADW Data Mart (Claims, Enrollment, Premium and Provider), Milliman HCG, John Hopkins ACG, Health Rules Payer, Clinical Data Integration, Hierarchical Condition Category Code (HCC), Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS), Mede Analytics, Centennial Care 2.0 and PHP Finance Data Mart etc. In each project, I've leveraged my expertise in business analysis and methodologies like Waterfall, Agile and SAFe Agile to understand client needs, elicited and documented the requirements, along with collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceeds business and stakeholders’ expectations.

I am a seasoned Sr. Business System Analyst with over 14 years of experience in the Healthcare and IT field. My passion lies in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive projects from inception to completion. My journey in business analysis has equipped me with a deep understanding of both business processes and technical intricacies, allowing me to bridge the gap between stakeholders and IT teams effectively.

With an MBA in Finance and an MS in Computer Information Sciences, I bring a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise to every project. Additionally, my attention to detail and penchant for out-of-the-box thinking have been instrumental in solving intricate problems and optimizing processes.
