As a QA Automation Engineer and Technical Lead with over 13 years of experience, I, Swathi Chundru, have built a career at the intersection of technology, data, and innovation. My expertise spans ETL Testing, Data Warehousing, Functional Testing, and Automation, with proficiency in tools like Informatica, AbInitio, DataStage, and SSIS, as well as databases including Teradata, MySQL, MS SQL Server, and Oracle.
At Motivity Labs, I've led large-scale projects for prominent clients such as Santander Consumer USA and Blue Cross Blue Shield, implementing data-driven solutions through comprehensive test strategies and robust automation frameworks. I've mastered various ETL tools and schemas, including Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Fact Constellation Schema.
My technical skills extend to creating and validating complex stored procedures, functions, triggers, and cursors. I've worked with Microsoft SSAS for analyzing complex Cubes with intricate Facts and Dimensions. Throughout my career, I've become well-versed in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

I also serve as a peer reviewer for both organizations.
