Established in 2003, AccuTitle provides real estate title insurance management platforms to streamline the complex title production and closing process. We empower title professionals through time-saving technology to increase productivity, reduce wire fraud, enhance security, connect with essential partners, and communicate securely.

Originally, AccuTitle served clients in New Jersey and the tri-state area. Over the last two years we have strategically entered new states by acquiring companies with the expertise essential to excel in new markets.

Kai Group Holdings acquired AccuTitle in April 2019 to be the flagship platform in a roll up strategy. All existing AccuTitle employees remained focused on growing TitleFusion, while the new leadership positioned AccuTitle for growth in an industry in need of process improvement technology.

In August 2019, AccuTitle acquired MagramOnline, a New York-based title management software. In April 2020, AccuTitle acquired Closers' Choice, a platform focused on the Southeast region with strong underwriter and vendor relationships. In July 2020, AccuTitle acquired a significant competitor to Closers' Choice, Landtech, a software suite that has been in use for over 40 years and is used in several states across the country. The acquisition of Closers’ Choice and Landtech resulted in a 62% market share of all closing in Florida.
