I am a dedicated leader in Artificial Intelligence infrastructure, passionate about transforming how companies leverage AI to enhance customer experiences and drive innovation. I am currently a Principal Software Engineer at Walmart. My journey has taken me through impactful roles at Uber, Amazon, and Walmart, where I've made significant strides in advancing AI capabilities in multiple industries and got two Globees award in 2023 for my innovations.

At Amazon, I had the privilege of leading the redesign of the search ranking infrastructure known as Springbok, which powers personalized search for over 300 million users. One of my key achievements was developing the Springbok Publisher Framework, which accelerated feature indexing by ten times and improved search quality by 28%. This not only increased our search revenue by 3% but also ensured that customers received more relevant search results. During critical sales events like Prime Day, my Fast Path Indexer reduced indexing times from days to mere minutes, delivering substantial revenue gains. Additionally, I designed a highly scalable 100-petabyte offline data store that saved Amazon over $50 million annually, streamlining AI-driven features across Amazon Search, Prime Video, Music, and Alexa.

My time at Walmart has been equally rewarding, where I led the development of Intelligent Sync, a next-generation streaming data service that optimized Walmart’s AI infrastructure. My innovations reduced CDC data movement across Walmart by 40%, resulting in significant savings and enhanced customer experiences for over 250 million users and help drive essential business processes and contribute to revenue growth.

At Uber, I contributed to AI-powered platforms like uLabel and ETA, which greatly improved the company's data-driven decision-making and influenced millions of users globally via global service offerings. uLabel is used by Alphabet's Niantic Labs, Voxel AI, Aurora and others.

As a Senior Member of IEEE and a Fellow of the British Computer Society, I believe in sharing knowledge and mentoring the next generation of engineers. I’ve consistently strived to innovate and improve AI infrastructure, laying a strong foundation for future advancements in e-commerce, transportation, safety, and other large-scale AI/data applications.
