In Europe, it has extended its relationship with two of the largest consumer electronics retailers, Elkjøp and MediaMarkt, and it provides protection plans for retailers in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, and Germany.

Since 2015, John Whelan has been the driving force behind customer experience innovation at Allstate Protection Plans (APP). As Vice President of Customer Experience, he leads the company’s global support teams across the U.S., Japan, and Australia, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.
