Since 2022, Aspida's Operations team has quickly grown from 10 members to 31, and is projected to reach 50 by 2025. This entirely in-house team includes six specialized units—New Business, Licensing, Client Services, Annuity Specialists, Claims, and Mailroom—each critical to delivering seamless, industry-leading client service. Every team member holds a North Carolina Insurance Producer license, ensuring a highly qualified group of professionals delivering world-class service.

Aspida's Operations platform enables 98% of claims to be digitally submitted, resulting in dramatically faster processing times compared to industry averages. Through automated workflows and real-time updates, Aspida has reduced status inquiries by 75% and consistently maintained a 9.26/10 client satisfaction score. The technology has also optimized producer onboarding, allowing financial professionals to begin serving clients in just 5-7 minutes, far below the industry standard of 45 minutes.
