Ujjwal Sharma: Cybersecurity Leader of the Year

Ujjwal serves as a Cybersecurity Architect at SLB, where he leads a global cybersecurity group of over 2,000 professionals. With a portfolio of more than 450 completed projects across the USA, Canada, Europe, Africa, the UAE, and Southeast Asia, his work supports SLB’s international operations and digital security goals.

His academic background includes a Master’s degree in cybersecurity from BITS Pilani and a postgraduate certificate from Harvard University. He holds key industry certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council USA, along with Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance USA, blending cybersecurity expertise with agile leadership.

At SLB, Ujjwal leads the design and execution of advanced cybersecurity frameworks that safeguard user data and uphold the integrity of the company’s digital infrastructure. In addition to overseeing global initiatives, he mentors the next generation of cybersecurity professionals, strengthening SLB’s long-term resilience in an evolving threat landscape.
