Subash Senthil Mohanvel has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation in driving digital transformation within manufacturing environments. At CertainTeed (Saint-Gobain), he played a pivotal role in deploying digital solutions that significantly improved operational efficiencies. His key achievement was implementing the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) using Ignition/Sepasoft, which integrated Industry 4.0 components to connect machines and streamline production processes. This initiative provided real-time metrics, identified operational inefficiencies, and improved production reliability, earning him the 2022 Manufacturing Leadership Council Award in Network Connectivity.

In addition to his MES implementation, Subash led CertainTeed's digital transformation by championing Neptune Software's Digital Experience Platform (DXP). His efforts led to the development of seven mobile applications that revolutionized the SAP plant maintenance system, improving mobility and information access across 65 plants. This project highlighted his expertise in managing complex digital initiatives, which also enabled the company to adapt to global disruptions, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, through virtual training and deployment.

Subash's contributions further extended to process optimization and cost efficiency initiatives, such as the MRO/Spare Parts Consolidation Project, which enhanced procurement processes across over 60 plants. He also leveraged artificial intelligence for predictive maintenance, contributing to operational improvements with AI and sensor technologies. His achievements have been recognized through multiple awards, including the Act Like an Entrepreneur Award and the Best Designer Award for the Roofing Project, underscoring his innovative thinking, design excellence, and customer relationship skills.
