Driving Enterprise-Wide Intelligence Through Data Democratization and Cloud-Enabled Decision Making

Over the course of my two-decade career, I have led enterprise data and analytics initiatives across global markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Germany, and the United States. As a Principal Architect and senior technology leader, I specialize in enabling data-driven transformation by designing scalable, cloud-enabled analytics architectures that align with evolving business priorities.
A key focus of my work has been the design and delivery of enterprise data products—curated, reusable, and governed assets that drive consistent, trusted insights across business domains. These data products underpin decision-making in areas such as Finance, Procurement, HR, and Sales enabling better planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment.
My expertise encompasses a broad range of SAP technologies, including SAP HANA for real-time in-memory processing, SAP Business Data Cloud (SAP Datasphere) for data integration and virtualization, Core Data Services (CDS) Views for semantic modeling, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for visualization and planning. I have implemented SAP Fiori for role-based user experience and leveraged Predictive Analysis Library (PAL) and Automated Predictive Library (APL) to integrate forecasting and machine learning into operational workflows. More recently, I have begun incorporating Generative AI (GenAI) into SAC dashboards to enable natural language querying, automated insights, and enhanced data storytelling for business.
Among my key initiatives are Product 360 and Supplier 360 analytics, which provide comprehensive views by integrating master data, transactional history, performance metrics, and sustainability indicators. I also led the development of Cashflow analytics solutions, including a Global Spend vs. Revenue Intelligence Dashboard, empowering finance teams with real-time visibility into working capital, profit margins, and procurement effectiveness. As part of our broader digital transformation, I am currently part of enterprise-wide migration to SAP Datasphere, ensuring governed, secure access to integrated hybrid environments.
In addition to business transformation, sustainability holds personal and professional significance for me. I have contributed to initiatives that monitor CO₂ emissions, assess supplier ESG performance, and align spend analytics with sustainability goals, thereby ensuring that environmental factors are embedded into enterprise decision-making.
