The launch of the "Art in South Park" campaign at South Park District is a testament to this commitment, showcasing Avida Land's dedication to both artistic expression and community engagement.
The "Art in South Park" was launched with a clear vision: to transform South Park District into an address for art and culture. As part of this effort, the mixed-use development is now home to key attractions: "In Her Future Memories," the largest mural in the South, created by Anthony Marahuyo and a team of 13 visual artists, and the captivating 3D street arts by Guhit Sudlungan. The centerpiece of South Park District is the Grand Lawn, with interactive art pieces by Filipino sculptor, Reginald Yuson. Designed as a sunken garden, it optimizes rain collection through a subsurface reservoir. These masterpieces were strategically designed to engage visitors and generate significant brand presence.
