Greg Savino, PharmD., is Co-Founder and CEO of InfinityRx. InfinityRx is an affordability program administrator for copay assistance programs. InfinityRx builds strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to deliver progressive, efficient, and cost-effective Patient Support Programs.

Greg has over 20 years of experience in the industry working with pharma. 15 working in the retail pharmacy sector. 6 years were devoted to building Baybridge Pharmacy and 2 other retail pharmacies. From 2018-2021 he built patent approved technology, InfinityRx Claims Processor®, and in 2021, he co-founded InfinityRx LLC.

Building Baybridge pharmacy and developing a business model in a specific therapeutic class exposed him to the many challenges patients encounter after being prescribed medication. Patient affordability, adherence and compliance were part of the problem: cost of medication, availability of medication, coverage limitations and restrictions, etc. Areas of healthcare that are inadequately addressed for patients.

Greg grew Baybridge from a team of two to what it became in 2020 – a small chain of three pharmacies. In 2019, Baybridge made the INC 5000 list, being the #46 fastest growing healthcare company in the country. With success the retail pharmacies were purchased by private equity in 2020.

Equipped with advanced proprietary technology (patent approved in 2022) and a sharp vision, InfinityRx rose up in 2021. Greg had a mission to reshape the future of patient support. InfinityRx would be a champion for health equity. Greg’s advanced solutions simplified the process for all parties involved in the dispensing of medication, including physicians, manufacturers, pharmacies, and patients. These solutions enabled InfinityRx to deliver progressive, efficient, and cost-effective patient support programs and advanced technology solutions to healthcare organizations empowering prescribers and drug service providers to furnish value-added services to their patients.

Through Greg’s expertise and outstanding ability to identify talent and inspire, he built an elite team to provide the services required to compete in a highly competitive marketplace. The company has progressed exponentially with estimated revenues increasing by approximately 450–500% since 2022.
