OneSchool Global (OSG) is one of the world’s largest and most geographically diverse school networks, serving more than 2,200 students across 120+ campuses in five regions. OSG is committed to developing confident, future-ready young people equipped with the communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills needed to thrive in a changing world.
In late 2024, OSG created its first Global Head of Communications role to strengthen how the organisation communicates, engages with its communities, and represents its values on a global stage. With campuses spread across multiple countries and cultures, the school sought to bring greater alignment, consistency, and clarity to its messaging, while building trust and connection with students, families, staff, and the broader school community.
This marked the beginning of a major transformation in OSG’s communications approach. Over the following year, the function shifted from reactive messaging to a proactive, strategic storytelling model - one that highlights student achievement, elevates staff voices, strengthens the organisation’s reputation and celebrates its pedagogy. Key initiatives included a refreshed global brand identity, improved staff and parent communications, strengthened regional capability, a redesigned website, and new structures to support positive media engagement.
One of the most significant milestones of this transformation was the launch of Perfect Pitch, a global business-pitch competition designed to showcase the creativity, confidence, and real-world capability of OSG senior students. Students from more than 120 campuses collaborated across borders and time zones, forming international teams to develop innovative business ideas and present them live to industry experts.
Perfect Pitch became a powerful example of OSG’s renewed focus on transparency, student voice, and global connection. It brought together thousands of students, staff, and families worldwide, strengthened community pride, and demonstrated what is possible when education, communication, and innovation come together with purpose.
