In just two years at FourFront, Josh has transformed the Human Resources department from an underutilized program into a dynamic, employee-centered resource that actively shapes the company’s culture. Josh has significantly increased employee participation and ownership across the organization. Through innovative programming and inclusive initiatives, employees are now actively involved in company events and, in many cases, lead and design events based on their own ideas. This level of engagement and innovation had not previously existed within the department and has contributed to improved morale and collaboration.

Under Josh’s direction, HR has launched impactful recognition programs, expanded coaching and counseling services, and introduced initiatives focused on professional growth and workplace respect. Josh’s commitment to professional development has produced measurable results. Over the past 24 months, he has facilitated more than 2,000 hours of training for a 48-employee team, equipping staff with practical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD), Adobe applications, and other tools that directly support business performance and efficiency.

In addition, Josh developed and delivered supervisor training that established a structured annual feedback program. This initiative has enhanced leadership effectiveness, improved communication, and reinforced a culture of continuous improvement.
