During the period leading up to 2025, FWP underwent a decisive phase of strategic transformation and accelerated expansion. The organization was at a turning point: with a consolidated portfolio, a growing community, and an expanding regional presence, we identified an opportunity to scale in a structured and sustainable way to a new level of growth.
Faced with an increasingly competitive market in the wellness industry, the company decided to simultaneously strengthen three key pillars: constant product innovation, brand consolidation, and strategic business expansion.
