Implemented across 185 group companies and over 20,300 employees,CPD provides unified framework supporting academic, technical, and personal development.It was created to equip employees with current competencies, enable reskilling,and prepare workforce for future work demands.By aligning talent development with strategic business priorities,CPD ensures individual learning journeys are personalized and connected to broader organizational objectives.A key success factor was integrating CPD goals and points into performance management system,establishing direct link between employee development and organizational success.Research shows that aligning learning opportunities with performance objectives enhances individual performance and increases engagement, motivation, and productivity by making development relevant to employees’ roles and goals.This integration fosters culture of continuous improvement and strategic alignment, as employees understand how learning contributes to business outcomes and performance expectations.It also strengthens retention and helps close critical skill gaps more effectively by encouraging proactive skill building tied to measurable performance results.Consequently,CPD initiative not only supports individual growth but also contributes directly to stronger organizational performance and sustainable culture of learning. Integration of SAP SuccessFactors RPA significantly reduced operational HR workload by automating routine data processing, system synchronization, and repetitive tasks.By freeing HR and L&D teams from manual administrative activities, automation enabled these teams to focus on higher-value strategic work such as talent development, employee engagement initiatives, and learning experience design.This resulted in improved operational efficiency,reduced processing times, enhanced data accuracy, and more scalable HR processes overall,demonstrating how automation supports efficiency and strengthens strategic impact of CPD initiative.Since rollout,CPD has transitioned organization from traditional training models to dynamic,self-directed learning ecosystem.Participation rates increased from 73% to 91%,satisfaction scores remained high at 4.85,and engagement in learning and development activities grew by 26%,demonstrating measurable behavioral change and organizational impact.
