Ms. Zeng Shu Fei is the Founder and Chairman of KH Marque (KHM), the largest Used Cooking Oil (UCO) collector in Southeast Asia, specialising in the collection of UCO at scale. Her career has been defined by a vision to transform waste into trusted renewable resources while demonstrating that commercial success and sustainability can advance together.

After years in the global commodity trading industry, Shu Fei recognised that the greatest barrier to renewable fuel adoption was not feedstock availability but the absence of trusted, transparent, and scalable supply chains. In 2022, she founded KH Marque to address this challenge, combining digital innovation, circular economy principles, and responsible governance into a new operating model for the renewable energy industry.

Under her leadership, KH Marque has expanded across Singapore and Malaysia with a commercial network spanning more than 16 countries in all continents. Revenue has grown from USD 9 million in 2022 to USD 184 million in 2025, representing 1,944% growth while maintaining sustainability as the foundation of every business decision.

Shu Fei also led the creation of The Green Tracker (TGT), KH Marque's proprietary digital traceability platform, establishing one of the world's most trusted renewable feedstock supply chains. Through innovation, ethical leadership, and long-term vision, she has transformed fragmented Used Cooking Oil collection into transparent renewable energy infrastructure that supports the decarbonisation of the aviation and road transport industries and contributes to the global transition towards Net Zero 2050.
