Founded in 2016 by Chelsea Hudson, LCPC, as a solo practice, Cityscape grew in a market increasingly dominated by PE-backed roll-ups and publicly traded behavioral-health giants with far greater capital, marketing budgets, and national networks. Those competitors often prioritize volume, suffer high clinician turnover, and dilute specialized care. Cityscape took the opposite path: gold-standard evidence-based treatment, a retention-first culture, and access without bureaucracy.
The practice treats anxiety, OCD (including Exposure and Response Prevention), depression, trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, ADHD, couples, families, and children/adolescents using CBT, DBT, RO-DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, and related modalities. Clients choose in-person care at the Loop office near Millennium Park or in Hinsdale, or secure telehealth across Illinois, with hybrid options and same-week availability.
