Venture capitalist and entrepreneur Isabelle Freidheim is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Athena SPACs, led entirely by women. Athena announced a combination with Heliogen in July 2021, and e.GO in July of 2022. Isabelle is also the co-founder and former CEO of Magnifi, an artificial intelligence and machine learning fintech company acquired by The Tifin Group in December 2020. Additionally, she is the co-founder and managing partner of Castle VC (formerly Starwood VC) and The London Fund. Isabelle was previously the first female venture partner at VC fund MissionOG, where she sourced investments in high-growth technology companies. Isabelle started her career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and then joined one of Invesco’s private equity funds to invest in European assets. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University and M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
