Abhishek Garg is a dynamic real estate professional with a passion for turning complex challenges into tangible results. At Amazon Web Services (AWS), he has led high-impact initiatives, from securing strategic sites for data centers to navigating multi-year rezoning processes that unlocked new development potential. His expertise lies in blending strategy with execution whether negotiating deals, managing land entitlements, or fostering partnerships with engineers, policymakers, and local communities to achieve both immediate and long-term objectives. He possesses deep expertise in real estate development and has successfully delivered multiple sites across the Pacific Northwest region.

Prior to AWS, Abhishek leveraged his skills at Ernst & Young, where he managed billions in real estate portfolios and led due diligence efforts for a huge amount of mixed-use assets. His deep understanding of real estate development and investment was further solidified during his Master’s in Real Estate Development at Arizona State University, where he earned the prestigious Graduate Leader Award.
