Her career spans critical roles in banking, aviation, and infrastructure, where she has consistently delivered impactful, high-performance solutions.

At Sberbank, she led the development of an internal platform that combined corporate communications with BI analytics and machine learning to drive data-informed HR strategies. Her work became the foundation of a new HR ecosystem at the bank.

While at T-Systems, she was responsible for a vital module in airport traffic management systems used at major European airports. She successfully rebuilt the core system, significantly boosting processing speed and enhancing flight coordination across complex operations.

At Otkritie Bank, she built a comprehensive investment platform for SMEs, integrating real-time analytics, brokerage functions, and automated reporting through a scalable microservice architecture. The platform significantly increased investment revenue and became a leader in its segment.

During the historic merger between Otkritie and VTB Bank, she designed Russia’s first API-based corporate migration system, transferring a substantial volume of client accounts seamlessly and error-free — a project executed under the oversight of the Central Bank of Russia and now considered a benchmark in digital banking integration.
