Mr. McElroy plays a central role in the development and refinement of B&A’s growth-forward, strategic plan. Partnering closely with the CEO and business unit leaders, he translates strategic priorities—organic growth, capability expansion, and acquisitions—into actionable financial roadmaps supported by rigorous forecasting, capital planning, and risk analysis. Mr. McElroy maintains a highly collaborative and transparent relationship with the CEO, serving as a trusted advisor on strategic, operational, and capital allocation decisions. Mr. McElroy proactively anticipates information needs and delivers clear, actionable reporting on financial performance, backlog health, cash flow, risk exposure, and acquisition integration. Mr. McElroy directly contributes to increased shareholder value through disciplined financial management, optimized capital structure, effective treasury oversight, and enhanced program controls. By strengthening systems and processes, improving forecasting accuracy, supporting compliant and competitive contract pricing and leading due diligence and integration for acquisitions, he enhances EBITDA performance, cash generation, and valuation multiples. His oversight of strategic investment analyses—including CAPEX initiatives—ensures capital is deployed in ways that expand capabilities and maximize long-term enterprise value. In partnership with the CEO, Mr. McElroy represents the Company to investors, lenders, auditors, and key external stakeholders. Through transparent communication, a strong compliance posture, and audit excellence, he reinforces B&A’s reputation for integrity, operational maturity, and financial strength.
